My background

As a seasoned accounting, payroll, and technology professional, I have been helping clients improve efficiencies and increase profitability through the use of technology for more than 10 years. At Tectura, where solutions are designed to support the client’s chosen methodology, I am well qualified to implement and design solutions that integrate with Microsoft Business Solutions—GP.

Prior to joining Tectura, I worked as a human resource, payroll and an accounting software consultant at a company specializing in the Dairy Processing Industry. There I was responsible for managing activities related to the installation and implementation of HR, payroll, and accounting software. I also have many years of hands-on experience coordinating accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll/HR activities; and managing costs and cash flow. I was heavily involved in financial and management decision-making, as well as payroll tax and HR benefit reporting.

I have a strong mix of accounting and technology skills. My detailed knowledge of the Microsoft GP Series, coupled with my hands-on experience and broad business experience gained through my accounting and payroll career, have proved to be valuable assets to clients implementing Microsoft GP. By applying my knowledge and experience, I have helped clients develop and improve efficiencies, while enhancing profitability.

My background also includes work with custom ERP software, Excel, FRx, Visio, and writing SQL views, triggers, and stored procedures. I am highly qualified to provide Microsoft GP training at client sites in both classroom and one-on-one sessions.
